Introduction/Rationale: The Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) provides a holistic framework for understanding human occupation, motivation, and participation in daily life. Functionality, meaning of life, and self-esteem are critical aspects of occupational performance, particularly for individuals with psychosocial disorders.

Furthermore, it seeks to translate and validate the Occupational Self-Assessment (OSA 2.2) questionnaire, which evaluates perceived functionality within the MOHO framework, into Greek to ensure its reliability and applicability for Greek-speaking populations.

Participants will complete the OSA 2.2, the Meaning of Life Questionnaire, and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Data collection will take place at a Community Mental Health Centerin Attica, Greece. Statistical analysis will be conducted using IBM SPSS to determine correlations and predictive factors.
Results/Practice implications: Preliminary findings are expected to reveal significant correlations among perceived functionality, meaning of life, and self-esteem. The translated Greek adaptation of the OSA 2.2 is anticipated to demonstrate high reliability and validity, providing a valuable tool for Occupational Therapists in Greece.

Specifically, aims to deepen and expand knowledge regarding functionality, self-esteem, and meaning oflife.
