Guidelines
This page provides the official guidance for individuals serving as presenters and session chairs at the 19th WFOT Congress. The information herein is intended to support the effective delivery of presentations, the smooth facilitation of sessions, and the maintenance of professional standards throughout the event. All participants are expected to familiarise themselves with these guidelines in advance and to adhere to them in order to ensure a collegial, respectful, and engaging environment.
Presenter Guidelines
If you are presenting at the WFOT Congress, please download the guidelines below to prepare for your presentation. Please check the programme and make a note of your presentation type/s and scheduled date/s of presentation.
Posters are electronic and will be on display for the duration of Congress on ePoster terminals at Congress and as an online poster list in the Congress App.
Attendees can view the ePosters during the catering breaks and at their convenience.
