7. What is your top tip for our delegates when coming to Bangkok?

Wear light cotton fabric clothing, bring a cap & always have a bottle of water on you; also bring your umbrella or raincoat with you (just in case).

Explore the small streets in old town.

Buy a SIM card on arrival, use BTS Skytrain, MRT, or Grab app (safer than flagging taxis), and if you have a sensitive stomach, start mild and avoid raw seafood and ice at local stalls.
